You are referred
The employee submits your referral through their company's process and marks it here. If it was not actually made, raise a dispute before confirming.
Ask a verified employee to review your profile for a job at their company. If you fit, they refer you. If not, they tell you why. Employees earn for their time, and can spend it on their own referrals.

For employees
You decide who to refer. Candidates come to you with a specific job, their resume and a note. Refer the ones whose profile fits, and give honest feedback to the rest. Your price is for your time.
Many employers have their own referral programmes and rules. You act independently, do not represent your employer, and are responsible for following its policies.
How it works
The fee covers the employee's time. Whether you are referred depends entirely on your profile. A referral is not guaranteed, and neither is an interview or a job offer.

|---|---|---|
| Employee accepts or declines | Within 24 hours of your request | Your request expires and you are refunded in full |
| Employee refers you, or shares feedback | Within 24 hours of accepting | Your request expires and you are refunded in full |
| You confirm their response | Within 24 hours of it | It confirms automatically and the employee is paid |

In full, automatically, if they decline or miss a deadline. The employee can also choose to refund you instead of keeping the fee.
Never guaranteed: a referral, an interview, an offer, or how quickly an employer reviews a referral. Hiring decisions belong to the employer.
Disputes: if a referral marked as submitted was not made, raise a dispute before confirming. If our review upholds it, you are refunded in full.
