    1. Review candidates for your company

      Candidates send you a job ID, their resume and a note. Refer the ones whose profile fits through your employer's process, and give honest feedback to the rest.

    2. Earn for your time

      You keep 85% to 90% of your price, depending on your tier. Earnings reach your wallet when the candidate confirms your response, or automatically 24 hours later.

    3. Spend it on your own referral

      Switch to your candidate workspace and pay for a referral request at another company straight from your wallet balance.

    What exactly am I paying for?
    An employee's time to review your profile for one specific job at their company. If your profile fits, they refer you through their company's referral process. If it does not, they share feedback on why. You pay the employee's price plus a 10% platform fee, shown before you pay.
    Is a referral guaranteed?
    No. Whether you are referred depends entirely on your profile and the employee's judgement. If they do not refer you, they share feedback instead, and they can choose to refund you. A referral also does not guarantee an interview or a job: the employer alone decides.
    When do I get a refund?
    Automatically and in full if the employee declines your request, does not accept it within 24 hours, or does not respond within 24 hours of accepting. An employee can also choose to refund you instead of keeping the fee. If a referral marked as submitted was not made, raise a dispute from your dashboard and our team reviews it.
    How do employees earn, and when can they use the money?
    Employees keep 85% to 90% of their price, depending on their reputation tier, whether they refer the candidate or share feedback. Earnings are credited to their ReferView wallet when the candidate confirms the response, or automatically 24 hours later. The balance can pay for their own referral requests right away, and can be withdrawn after PAN verification and admin approval.
    Who can refer candidates on ReferView?
    Employees who verify where they work, by company email or an employee ID reviewed by our team. Every profile is approved by ReferView before it appears. Employees act independently, should follow their employer's referral policies, and do not represent their employers.
    How do I pay, and is my payment safe?
    You can pay from your ReferView wallet balance, or through the payment provider shown at checkout when one is enabled. ReferView does not store your card details. Your payment is held until you confirm the employee's response or session.
