What you pay

The employee's price plus a 10% platform fee

No subscriptions and no hidden charges. Each employee lists a price for reviewing your profile, and session prices if they offer Career Guidance. Checkout shows the total before you pay.

  • Compare prices across employees before you request
  • Pay from your wallet balance, including referral earnings, or with the payment provider shown at checkout
  • The fee pays for the employee's time. You are referred if your profile fits, or get feedback if it does not
  • Full refund if the employee declines or misses a deadline, and they can choose to refund you

What happens to your payment

Held when you pay

Your payment is held while your request is active. The employee is paid only after you confirm, or after the confirmation window passes.

Referral requests

The fee covers the employee's review, whether they refer you or share feedback. Full refund if they decline, do not accept within 24 hours, or do not respond within 24 hours of accepting. They can also choose to refund you.

Career Guidance sessions

Full refund if the employee cancels or does not confirm. You can cancel for a full refund until 24 hours before the session.

Pricing questions

Who sets the price?
Each employee sets their price for reviewing your profile and, if they offer Career Guidance, separate prices for 15 and 30-minute sessions. ReferView adds a 10% platform fee on top, and checkout shows both before you pay.
Is a referral guaranteed?
No. You pay for the employee's time to review your profile. Whether they refer you depends entirely on your profile. If they do not, they share feedback, and they can choose to refund you. Interviews and offers are decided by the employer and are never guaranteed.
When am I charged?
When you send a request or book a session. The amount is held and only released to the employee after you confirm, or after the confirmation window passes.
Can I pay with referral earnings?
Yes. If you also refer candidates, your earnings go to the same ReferView wallet, and you can use that balance to request a referral or book a session.
Is my payment secure?
Card and UPI payments are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. ReferView does not store your card details.
